Go all out this Halloween with our Custom Haunted Home package — designed for large properties and clients who want a fully personalized, immersive experience. Every project begins with a 1-on-1 phone consultation to discuss your layout, theme, and desired atmosphere. From there, our team develops a tailored lighting and décor plan, including roofline stringing, tree wraps, and precision spotlight placement.

This package includes up to five premium props or inflatables (such as skeletons, ghosts, reapers, or clowns), plus advanced effects like fog machines, animatronics, and projection lighting (with client approval). We can also incorporate your existing decorations, handle setup logistics, and stage your yard or porch for signature themes such as Haunted Graveyard, Pumpkin Patch, or Haunted Forest.

All installations include secure mounting, optional power-supply planning, and a complimentary inspection report with minor gutter clearing if needed. Optional post-season storage and labeling services are available.
