Includes professional installation of up to 100 ft of LED string lights (orange or purple), two themed props (foam pumpkins, plastic skulls, or spider décor), stretchable cobwebs for railings and doorways, and battery-powered window candles or spotlights for up to two windows.

Setup and secure attachment are included, with takedown scheduled between November 1–10. Every package also includes a free roof and gutter visual inspection.
